On October 8, 2025, a presentation of the book "Alternative Means of Dispute Resolution - A Practical Handbook" by Goga Kikilashvili, an invited lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University and a member of the High Council of Justice of Georgia, was held at Tbilisi State University.
The handbook was prepared within the framework of the grant project of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia and is intended for employees of the system of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia, trainees of the Training Center of Justice of Georgia, students of the Faculty of Law of higher educational institutions and practicing lawyers.
The handbook consists of 11 thematic modules, taking into account the specifics of the activities of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia. As a result of the project, a syllabus of the practical course on alternative dispute resolution was also created, which will be transferred to the Training Center of Justice of Georgia for targeted use within the framework of its activities.
The created handbook will be integrated into the syllabus of relevant subjects to different higher education institutions.
The handbook includes educational and practical exercises based on Georgian and foreign practice. The practical part, in turn, includes class-work, cases, case-type tests and control questions with appropriate solution samples and answers.
